Most business trips to China lose their value in the gaps: between meetings, between languages, between the handshake and the paperwork.

We work the gaps.

0101
Before you land

We read your agenda and research who you're meeting.

Every meeting confirmed, every counterparty looked up, and a day-by-day schedule that survives Shanghai traffic.

0202
On the ground

Interpretation in every room, notes you didn't have to take.

You stay in the conversation. A written summary is in your inbox the same evening.

0303
From visit to deal

Term summaries, follow-up, and paperwork read properly before you sign.

We stay on with the factories and partners you met until there is a clear next step, or a signed one.

Leah Zhang
About

BundSight is run by Leah Zhang.

Leah is a Shanghai local, born here and based here, at home in Shanghainese as well as Mandarin and English. She trained as a lawyer, with an LL.M. from the University of Michigan and PRC qualification, and spent years on cross-border transactions before starting BundSight.

It means she reads a factory quotation, a distribution term sheet or a joint-venture proposal the way your counterparties do, and tells you what is actually on the table.

“You will not be the only person in the room who understood the meeting.”

Questions

Before you write to us.

Do you arrange visas, flights or hotels?

No. BundSight is a business-visit service, not a travel agency. We are happy to recommend hotels close to your meetings.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Mandarin, and Shanghainese, which still opens doors in this city. Other languages on request, with notice.

Where do you operate?

Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta: Suzhou, Kunshan, Hangzhou, Ningbo. Other cities by arrangement, with travel billed separately.

How do I book?

Send your dates and a rough agenda. You will have a written quote within 12 hours. A 30% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due after the visit.

How do you take payment?

Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or card.

What happens when the visit turns into a deal?

We stay on. Term summaries, follow-up with the counterparties, and a review of the paperwork before you commit to anything.
